Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-



Outbound Calls:

Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services, explaining features, benefits, and pricing.

Inbound Call Handling:

Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

Lead Generation:

Identifying and qualifying potential leads through telemarketing efforts.

Customer Engagement:

Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Follow-Up:

Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive sales.

Sales Goals:

Meeting sales targets and contributing to team performance.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the database.

Script Adherence:

Following communication scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency.

Complaint Resolution:

Resolving customer complaints and providing solutions quickly and professionally.

Product Knowledge:

Possessing in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services.

CRM Updates:

Keeping the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system updated with accurate customer information.
Essential Skills:

Excellent Communication Skills:

Proficient in verbal and written communication, including active listening and persuasive abilities.

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to build rapport, establish positive relationships, and effectively interact with customers.

Persuasion and Negotiation Skills:

Ability to persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.

Sales Acumen:

Understanding of sales processes and techniques, including lead generation and closing deals.

Customer Service Skills:

Ability to handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve complaints effectively.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
