, our Telecaller plays a key role in connecting with customers, providing service information, generating leads, and supporting daily operations for our multi-brand two-wheeler and four-wheeler service centers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for service reminders, follow-ups, offers, and feedback.
Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about AutoJagat services, pricing, and franchise offerings.
Convert inquiries into workshop visits, leads, or bookings.
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM/portal.
Follow up on pending leads, missed appointments, and service renewals.
Share details of ongoing promotions, AMC packages, and value-added services.
Coordinate with the workshop team, advisors, and management for customer updates.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving basic queries and escalating concerns when needed.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills (Hindi & English; local languages are a plus).
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred).
Good listening skills with the ability to convince and negotiate.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in telecalling, customer service, or automotive sector is an added advantage.
