Job Description

Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and phone calls with a friendly and professional demeanor. Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate team members. Maintain office organization, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Coordinate communication between different departments and ensure office efficiency. Maintain client records and help with document management as needed. Support the team with day-to-day office tasks and projects.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Rotational shift Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus
Work Location: In person
