Receptionist Cum Telecaller
to manage front desk operations and handle inbound/outbound calls. The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and comfortable interacting with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Attend and manage incoming & outgoing calls professionally
Greet visitors and handle front desk operations
Explain company services to customers and generate leads
Maintain call records, visitor logs, and basic office data
Follow up with clients and coordinate with the sales team
Handle emails, WhatsApp messages, and basic office communication
Eligibility & Skills
Education: Minimum 10+2 / Any Graduate
Experience:
0-1 year (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Odia preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
Working Hours : 11:00 AM - 8.00 PM
Salary Depends on experience & performance
