Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound queries and resolve customer issues effectively.
Maintain records of conversations and update the customer database regularly.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Provide accurate information and generate interest in the offered services.
Schedule appointments or follow-ups as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
(Graduate preferred)
Good communication skills in English, Hindi & odia.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Sales-oriented mindset.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
