We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented
Telesales Executive
to promote our design courses and convert student inquiries into enrollments. The role involves counseling prospective students over calls, explaining course details, and supporting the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and follow up on inquiries received through calls, website, walk-ins, or social media
Explain design courses, curriculum, duration, fees, and career opportunities to prospective students
Understand student interests and guide them toward suitable design programs
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM or inquiry system
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets
Schedule counseling sessions or campus visits for interested students
Handle basic objections and queries professionally
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth enrollment
Provide feedback on student concerns, market trends, and lead quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
Good communication skills in English and local language(s)
Persuasive and confident telephone etiquette
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, email)
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Interest in education, design, or creative fields is a plus
Experience
Fresher or 0-2 years of experience in telesales, education counseling, or customer support
Experience in an education or training institute is preferred
