Role Description: Telecalling Executive (Full-Time, On-Site - Worli, Mumbai)

The

Telecalling Executive

will play a key role in engaging with potential customers and dealers over the phone. Responsibilities include:

Making

outbound calls

to prospective clients and partners. Handling

inquiries

and providing detailed information about products and services. Maintaining accurate

call logs and databases

. Conducting

follow-ups

and nurturing leads to conversion. Meeting

daily and monthly calling targets

Qualifications

Excellent

communication and interpersonal

skills. Strong

sales and negotiation

abilities.

Customer service

oriented with a confident phone presence. Proficient in

telecalling tools, CRM, and databases

. Ability to work effectively in a

. Prior experience in

telecalling or sales

Minimum Education:
