Place outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to share information about products, services, and promotional offers.
Handle incoming calls from customers to address inquiries, provide details, and assist with service-related requests.
Accurately and consistently update customer information in CRM systems or databases.
Language Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
