Sinaruz Builders is looking for a motivated and confident
Telecaller
to join our Construction and Interior team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our construction and interior services, and helping generate new business leads through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce Sinaruz Builders' services.
Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries regarding construction and interior projects.
Explain project details, pricing, and service benefits clearly and professionally.
Maintain and update customer contact lists and follow up regularly.
Convert inquiries into potential clients through persuasive communication.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years
of experience in
Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Handling
.
Experience in
construction, interior design, or real estate
will be an added advantage.
Skills:
Strong communication in
Malayalam and English
(Hindi/Tamil is a plus).
Good persuasion and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
Goal-oriented and positive attitude.
