Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. This is a hybrid role with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office. The role involves calling potential clients, sharing information about our services, and converting leads into customers. The position also includes managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, and ensuring effective communication. Candidates must be proficient in both English and Malayalam

Starting Salary: ₹10,000 during the probationary period Post-Probation Salary: ₹20,000 + incentives

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Communicate fluently in English and Malayalam (mandatory). Provide accurate information and support to Staff/clients/customers. Maintain records of interactions and update databases. Work collaboratively with the team to meet targets. Follow call quality and customer service standards. Hybrid model: 3 days Work from Home and 2 days Office.
