Lead Generation & Sales:
Make outbound calls to potential clients, explain product/service benefits, persuade customers, and achieve sales/admission targets.Customer Service:
Handle inbound calls, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support, ensuring a positive customer experience.Data Management:
Maintain accurate call logs, update customer records in databases (CRM), and document all interactions.Follow-Up:
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on product details, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information.Job Type: Full-time
