Answer incoming calls from prospective and existing clients.
Build rapport and nurture leads through follow-up calls.
Sales and lead generation:
Promote financial products and services, and explain their features and benefits.
Generate leads and close sales by persuading customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Customer service:
Address customer inquiries and provide information on products, services, and pricing.
Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns professionally.
Provide suitable solutions and recommendations based on client needs.
Data management and administration:
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all customer interactions.
Update and maintain the customer database (CRM).
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
Collaboration and compliance:
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to align efforts and improve customer experience.
Adhere to call scripts, company policies, and guidelines for consistent service delivery.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques
