Key Responsibilities



Handle

incoming and outgoing calls

professionally Make

outbound calls to parents and leads

for follow-ups Manage

front desk operations

and visitor inquiries Maintain

Perform

data entry and reporting

work Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams Assist with

daily administrative tasks


Required Skills



Good

communication skills

Computer knowledge

(MS Excel, data entry) Polite, professional, and presentable personality Ability to
