Execute daily outbound calls to patients due for follow-up appointments, routine check-ups, cleanings, or specialty consultations as instructed by the doctors/departments (e.g., Orthodontics, Periodontics).
Appointment Scheduling:
Efficiently schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments directly into the college's patient management system (PMS) or database.
Appointment Confirmation:
Make confirmation calls one day prior to the appointment to minimize no-shows and ensure the patient is ready for the visit.
Case Follow-up:
Follow up with patients who missed appointments or deferred treatment to encourage them to complete their care plan.
