Make outgoing calls for follow-ups, inquiries, and customer support.
Welcome visitors and direct them to the correct department or person.
Maintain visitor records, call logs, and basic office documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for messages, appointments, and meetings.
Manage front desk activities like receiving couriers, filing documents, etc.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping.
Provide customer support and resolve simple queries professionally.
Inform clients about ongoing projects, services, and company details when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
