Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to students regarding courses and collect inquiry details Attend inbound calls and provide clear information Manage the front desk, greet walk-ins, and guide them to the concerned department Maintain enquiry sheets, daily calling records, and follow-up trackers Schedule appointments, maintain call logs, and assist counsellors in follow-ups Handle WhatsApp messages, emails, and basic documentation Update data regularly in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM Provide administrative support whenever required Ensure a smooth and professional front-office environment

Required Skills & Qualifications



6 months - 2 years experience in telecalling, front desk, receptionist, or customer service Strong communication skills in Hindi & basic English Good computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Email handling) Polite, patient, and professional in communication Ability to multitask and manage high call volume Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

?12,000 - ?15,000
