Job Description

Responsibilities of a Telecaller:

Outbound Calls:

Making calls to potential leads or existing customers to promote products, services, or generate leads.

Inbound Calls:

Answering customer queries, providing support, and resolving issues.

Lead Generation:

Identifying and qualifying potential customers for sales teams.

Product Knowledge:

Understanding and explaining company products and services to customers.

Communication Skills:

Using clear and professional communication to build rapport with customers and persuade them to make purchases.

CRM Management:

Updating customer information and interaction details in the CRM system.

Sales:

Working towards individual and team sales targets by effectively promoting products and persuading customers to make purchases.

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service, including resolving complaints and providing solutions.

Follow-up:

Following up with leads to generate interest, schedule appointments, or close sales.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer information.
