Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Explain open plot project details to clients.
Generate leads and schedule site visits.
Maintain follow-up calls and update CRM records.
Greet and assist walk-in clients at the front office.
Coordinate with the sales & marketing team for client updates.
Maintain front desk records, appointment lists, and office communication.
Required Skills:
Good communication in
Telugu and English
(Hindi is an advantage).
Pleasant personality and professional telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
Convincing and interpersonal skills.
Real estate telecalling experience preferred (freshers also welcome).
