We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Receptionist and social media hamdler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in reaching out to potential clients, educating them about our services, and converting inquiries into successful consultations. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce ANS Immigration's services.
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions based on our service offerings.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
Schedule consultations and appointments for prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay updated on immigration policies and services to effectively address client inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and share best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recptionist representative or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.
Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of immigration services is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
Fluency in English
