Key Responsibilities: Receptionist Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the store.
- Answer incoming calls, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist customers in selecting and trying on clothing items, providing personalized styling advice and recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to effectively communicate them to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving to find satisfactory resolutions.
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role is preferred.
- Must be able to communicate in TELUGU, HINDI, ENGLISH.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fashion knowledge and a passion for clothing and styling.
