We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive

Receptionist and Office Assistant

to manage front desk operations and support the overall administrative functions of the office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment while also assisting with daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties:



Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate staff members. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area. Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes/badges as required. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.

Administrative Support:



Assist in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying. Draft and format basic correspondence and internal communication. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings. Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and local transportation coordination.

Office Management Support:



Ensure office equipment is maintained and serviced as required. Help organise and support office events, meetings, and celebrations. Support HR or finance departments with documentation, record-keeping, or logistics as needed. Maintain basic records such as staff attendance or office maintenance logs.

Qualifications and Skills:



High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or administration is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. Proficient in using a computer Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanour. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Friendly and customer-orientated attitude.

Work Environment:



Office-based role. May require occasional lifting of light office supplies or equipment. Standard working hours; flexibility during events or peak periods is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
