We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist & Clinic Manager to join our team. This dual role requires someone who can efficiently manage front desk operations while providing exceptional patient care and support. The ideal candidate will be skilled in patient counseling and capable of driving patient engagement to improve conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients promptly and courteously.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient records.
Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally.
Provide support in patient counseling and facilitate patient conversions.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Manage clinic inventory, supplies, and administrative tasks.
Oversee clinic policies and compliance with health regulations.
Maintain a clean and welcoming clinic environment.
Assist in billing and insurance processes as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in receptionist or clinic management roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care protocols is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in clinic management software and MS Office.
