Job Title: Front Office Staff / Front Desk Executive

Job Summary:

The Front Office Staff is responsible for welcoming visitors, handling calls, managing basic administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily front-desk operations. They are the first point of contact and help create a positive impression of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and clients politely and professionally

Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person

Handle inquiries and provide basic information

Maintain visitor records and appointments

Receive and distribute mail, packages, and documents

Support administrative tasks such as filing and data entry

Keep the reception area clean and organized

Coordinate with staff and management when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, email, data entry)

Friendly, professional, and well-organized

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualities:

Prior front office or customer service experience

Positive attitude and professional appearance

Ability to handle visitors calmly and politely

Working Hours:

Full-time / Part-time (as per organization requirements)
