Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Visitor & Call Management

: Greet guests, provide directions, offer refreshments, answer and route phone calls, take messages, and manage visitor logs.

Administrative Support

: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, sort and distribute mail/packages, handle faxes, make copies, and perform data entry.

Office Maintenance

: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming; monitor and order office supplies; coordinate with maintenance staff.

HR coordination:

Manage candidates, calling, interview, written test etc.

Clerical Tasks

: Prepare meeting rooms, type documents (memos, letters), assist with basic filing, and support other departments.

Coordination

: Schedule meetings, arrange travel, assist with interview scheduling, and coordinate with vendors.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Skills

: Excellent verbal/written communication, organization, multitasking, problem-solving, positive attitude, time management, discretion, and proficiency with office equipment/software (MS Office).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
