Job Description

As a clinic receptionist you are an ambassador for the clinic in all your interactions whether its meeting and greeting patients as they arrive at the clinic or answering the phone to respond to enquiries.Preference given to those candidates having experience in working at hairtransplant clinics.

Duties
-Greeting patients and logging in their information into the software
-make sure vitals are checked before doctor consultation
-guide the patient during their visit
-Reception desk accounting
-book keeping

What we are looking for
-candidates from (or willing to relocate to) Aluva
- the individual should be pleasant and confident in taking case of the patient
-they should have good speaking and greeting skills
-ease of communication in English language is a plus
-qualification should be senior secondary or higher
