FLYZONE COMPANY is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our Aluva office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule appointments and maintain calendar for senior staff
Handle basic queries about travel consultancy services
Maintain reception area and office supplies
Assist with administrative tasks and document preparation
Requirements
Female candidate, with 1-3 years of front-desk or receptionist experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and strong customer-service orientation
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
