Job Description

Manages the reception area, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for visitors, patients, or clients.



Responds to phone calls, emails, and messages, providing information, answering queries, and resolving issues.



Schedules appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing wait times.



Maintains accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, appointments, and correspondence.



Greets visitors, patients, or clients, and directs them to the appropriate person or area.



Receives, sorts, and distributes mail and packages.



Ensure the education and training about the billing performed in the reception.



Maintains the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,750.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
