Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors professionally.
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and route them appropriately.
• Provide accurate information about courses, batches, and counseling schedules.
• Maintain front desk decorum and ensure reception area is clean and organized.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing student walk-in records.
• Coordinate with telecalling and counseling teams for appointments and follow-ups.
• Manage student attendance sheets, registration forms, and other documentation.

• Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
• Professional grooming and appearance.
• Polite and customer-friendly approach.

• Graduate in any stream.
• Experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
