to be the first point of contact for our company and provide essential administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
Maintain the reception area and keep it tidy and presentable.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks.
Support various departments as needed.
