Job Description

  • Act as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure reception area discipline and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, hospitality arrangements, and internal schedules
  • Manage office files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
  • Handle courier operations, dispatches, and inward/outward registers efficiently.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, maintenance, and related services.
  • Assist with travel bookings, stationery management, and petty cash documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments to support day-to-day administrative requirements.
  • Provide basic reporting, data entry, and administrative support to management.
  • Support audits, inspections, and internal events while maintaining confidentiality of information.
