Key Responsibilities Reception / Front Desk Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and route them appropriately
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
Coordinate meeting room bookings and hospitality arrangements
Receive and dispatch couriers, parcels, and official documents
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, pantry, housekeeping, and maintenance
Monitor inventory of office supplies and raise purchase requests
Assist in travel, accommodation, and cab arrangements
Support HR and Admin teams in daily administrative tasks
Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of office equipment
Coordination & Support
Act as a point of contact between employees, vendors, and management
Assist in organizing office meetings, trainings, and events
Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative procedures
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Skills & Competencies
Good verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
