We are looking for a professional, smart, and organized
female Receptionist & Admin Executive
to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle visitor inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Administrative Support:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and documentation.
Coordinate office maintenance and supply management (stationery, refreshments, etc.).
Support HR and Accounts teams with data entry, attendance tracking, and record management.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience:
1-3 years in a similar role (preferably in a corporate environment).
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication (English)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
Positive attitude

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
