Receptionist / Admin & Accountant
to join our team and manage daily operations with efficiency and professionalism.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front-desk operations, administrative tasks, and basic accounting activities. The role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Administration
Greet students, parents, and visitors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and daily office coordination.
Maintain student records, attendance, reports, and documentation.
Handle scheduling, file organisation, and internal communication.
Accounts & Operations
Manage daily billing, receipts, and financial entries.
Maintain basic accounts, fee records, and transaction tracking.
Assist with inventory management and administrative support tasks.
Marketing & Technical Tasks
Edit and create videos for marketing and social media content.
Assist in preparing presentations and digital materials, when required.
Skills & Competencies Required
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, basic formulas)
Video editing and basic animation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Strong organisational and multitasking ability
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
