: Receptionist / Telecaller

Position: Receptionist / Telecaller

Location: NXONE, Tower 3, 7th Floor, Gaur City, Noida

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Working Days: 6 days/week (1 weekly off)

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist all visitors and clients courteously upon arrival and guide them as needed.

Answer incoming calls, resolve queries, and route calls to the relevant departments or team members.

Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure client comfort.

Schedule and confirm appointments for customers and professionals as per requirements.

Handle daily administrative tasks such as managing paperwork, data entry, and correspondence.

Maintain accurate records of calls, visitor logs, and appointments in designated systems.

Explain basic services, wellness offerings, and ongoing promotions to clients or callers.

Provide support in basic office tasks including coordination with healing professionals, maintaining inventory of refreshments, and assisting with preparation for workshops or sessions.

Share client feedback and market insights with management for service improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 1 year experience in a receptionist, telecaller, customer service, or front desk role is preferred.

Excellent communication skills; fluency in Hindi and English required.

Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Professional phone etiquette and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Basic computer proficiency, comfortable with MS Office and call management software.

Adaptability to work in a wellness/healthcare-focused environment.

Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed.

Work Schedule & Environment

8:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift (Full-time).

Six working days per week with one scheduled week off.
