Reception Staff - Clinic
Location: Perumbavoor, Kerala
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass (Degree/Diploma in healthcare management is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software)
Good communication skills in Malayalam & English
Prior experience in a clinic/hospital reception preferred
Responsibilities:
Patient registration & appointment scheduling
Handling phone calls & inquiries
Maintaining patient records & billing
Assisting doctors & staff as needed
Salary: ?10,000 - ?25,000/month (based on experience)
