Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist members and visitors warmly.
Handle calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
Manage member registration, renewals, and payments.
Maintain attendance records and daily sales reports.
Support administrative work such as scheduling, filing, and emails.
Promote memberships, packages, and fitness services.
Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth operations.
Ensure front desk and reception area are clean and organized.
Requirements:
Qualification: Plus Two or Degree
Experience: 0 - 5 years (Freshers can apply)
Gender: Female candidates preferred
Language: Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
Skills:
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel)
Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly
Sales/convincing ability

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
