We are looking for a responsible and patient-friendly
OPD Coordinator
to manage daily operations in our OPD. The role involves guiding patients, recording vitals, coordinating with doctors, and ensuring a smooth OPD flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients during OPD visits
Take and record vitals (BP, Pulse, Temp, etc.)
Coordinate patient flow and maintain order
Handle basic patient queries politely
Assist doctors with reports and patient files
Maintain accurate records and scan/upload documents
Requirements:
Any Graduate or Diploma (healthcare/hospital admin preferred)
Basic computer skills
Good communication and people-handling skills
Prior healthcare experience is a plus
