We are looking for a highly organized and personable

Reception Incharge

to oversee front desk operations, manage administrative support activities, and ensure a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-groomed, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities



Supervise daily front desk operations and reception staff. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally. Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling. Maintain visitor logs and security protocols. Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the reception area. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office functioning. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries. Maintain office supplies inventory related to reception needs. Train, monitor, and evaluate reception/front office staff. Address client or guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
