Manage the check-in process efficiently, verify booking details, assign rooms, and provide keys or access cards.
Ensure a smooth and professional check-out process, handling payments and invoices.
2. Guest Services:
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by responding to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, and manage reservations as needed.
Ensure guests receive prompt and efficient service at all times.
Manage online bookings.
3. Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are upheld.
Conduct regular inspections of apartments and common areas to ensure they are well-maintained and up to standard.
Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to address any repairs or upkeep.
4. Administrative Duties:
Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, inventory management, and reporting.
Assist with budget management, cost control, and procurement of supplies.
Prepare and submit reports on property performance, staff activities, and guest feedback.
Office-related administrative tasks will be assigned by management as and when required.
5. Compliance & Safety:
Ensure the Rivulet complies with all local regulations and safety standards.
Monitor and implement health and safety protocols for guests.
Handle emergency situations efficiently and calmly, following established procedures.
6. Collaboration:
Coordinate with management to ensure that the Rivulet's goals and standards are being met.
Implement management directives and new policies as necessary.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
7. Housekeeping
To check and assist clean guest rooms and bathrooms every day.
To check and assist change bed sheets, pillow covers, and towels.
To check and assist sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets.
To check and assist dust furniture and clean windows and mirrors.
To check and assist refill items like soap, shampoo, and water bottles.
To check and assist empty dustbins and throw away garbage properly.
To check and assist clean public areas like hallways and lobby.
To check and assist wipe door handles, switches, and phones.
To check and assist tell the supervisor if anything is broken or not working.
To check and assist use cleaning tools safely and keep them in the right place.
To check and assist follow all safety and hygiene rules.
8. Any adhoc responsibilities as and when required by management.
