Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages; direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the visitor logbook and manage appointment scheduling.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office communication.
Manage front office cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment.
Handle courier deliveries, incoming/outgoing mails, and dispatch records.
Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Support HR or Admin departments with coordination tasks as required.
Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information.
Requirements:
Qualification:
PUC / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in front office, reception, or admin roles.
Languages:
