Title - Reception and Service coordinator
Location - Kasauli, Himachal
Salary - Upto 15k + (Food and Accomodation)
Details:-
- Greet guests warmly and offer assistance with luggage.
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes, including handling room keys and luggage.
- Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Answer guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and guest rooms.
- Assist with room preparation, including delivering linens, towels, and amenities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
