The Reception and Customer Service Manager is the first point of contact for clients, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere while driving revenue through client-focused sales. This role involves overseeing the reception area, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. The manager will handle daily operations, resolve client inquiries, and actively promote and sell the clinic's services and products.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Greet and assist all visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience from arrival to departure.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Actively promote and sell aesthetic treatments, packages, and memberships to new and existing clients.
Upsell and cross-sell retail skincare products at the reception desk.
Inform clients about special offers, promotions, and new services.
Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Administrative Operations:
Oversee daily reception tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling phone calls and emails.
Issue Resolution:
Handle client complaints and escalations with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
Coordination:
Act as a liaison between clients and other clinic departments, such as doctors and therapists, to meet client needs and organizational goals.
Environment Maintenance:
Ensure the reception and waiting areas are always presentable, clean, and well-organized.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a customer-facing environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a service or retail environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
