We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.


In this role, you will:

Provide L2 application support to RF services - viz. IFAI (Staff and Customer channel), Risk Factors, IDS Perform RTB regular activities - Disaster Recovery/Roleswap Exercise, Data Backup and Recovery Exercise, Capacity Management, Vulnerability Management Perform Incident management, problem management Perform Continual Service Improvement Provide consultation & help other team members when required, to make sure that the team performs activities and resolve tickets on time. Identify opportunities to automate Service Management activities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

8-10 years of overall IT experience with technology AS400 (RPGLE, CL, DB2) Proven working experience in L2 Application Support Good knowledge on Incident, Problem management Good knowledge on ITIL Framework and Support procedures Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders - Business, various support teams, ITID, IT managers Good interpersonal and communication skills Good analysis and trouble shooting skills. Ability to work on different technology, platform etc in addition to AS400
