The Receptionist will manage the front desk operations, handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support across the organization. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
Manual attendance maintenance.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters).
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor requirements and meeting arrangements.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory related to the reception area.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes if required.
Ensure security by following office procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Requirement:
Education:
Bechelor's preferred.
Experience:
0-1 years in a similar role (Freshers can also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Presentable and professional attitude.
