Job Summary:
We're seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk, handle phone calls, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a positive impression of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and respond to emails.
2. Greet visitors, clients, and guests, and provide them with assistance.
3. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
4. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
5. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and book meetings.
6. Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements and Skills:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Friendly and approachable demeanor.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Ability to multitask and handle pressure.

Nice to Have:
