We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Provide basic information to clients and visitors
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor needs
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Skills:
Experience with phone systems and office equipment
Familiarity with scheduling tools or CRM software
Customer service training or background
