POSITION : Rebar Detailer DEPARTMENT: Design & Build
REPORTS TO General Manager Job Brief:
Rebar detailer are to create reinforcement shop drawings using CADS RC or another computer-aided
design program to describe the specifications for rebar or other steel construction materials in a project.
As a rebar detailer, you develop shop drawings, which indicate what types of rebar or structural
reinforcements are necessary for a project, whether it is a building construction project or sets of
prefabricated components. The drawings include detailed rebar shapes and explanations of how the
builders plan to use rebar. Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Produce rebar drawings that conform to industry and company standards for various structures
\xef\x82\xb7 Produce accurate and detailed lists of materials for shop fabrication
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist with the research of detailing, fabrication and field problems.
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with site team and scheduling personnel to schedule material deliveries and placement.
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate and account for any changes in scope of work
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain accurate records, a desirable work area, and a high level of customer service
Requirements:
\xef\x82\xb7 Need a diploma or degree qualification in civil engineering with minimum 3 to 5 years of
experience in consultancy firms.
\xef\x82\xb7 Hands on experience in CADS RC and AutoCAD softwares.
\xef\x82\xb7 Well versed with British and Euro detailing codes.
\xef\x82\xb7 Sound Knowledge on detailing of RCC elements.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good communication, inter-personal and technical skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good problem-solving skills and Familiarity with computers and software programmes
\xef\x82\xb7 The ability to analysis complex problems and assess solutions
\xef\x82\xb7 The ability to understand site requirements, explain design plans, ideas and meet deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb945,000.00 per month Benefits:
