Role Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Reasoning Trainer

to deliver engaging and effective training sessions in

Verbal, Non-Verbal, and Analytical Reasoning

. The trainer will prepare students for various competitive exams, school/college assessments, and skill development programs by improving their logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on reasoning topics (verbal, non-verbal, analytical, logical). Design lesson plans, practice worksheets, quizzes, and mock tests based on exam patterns. Teach and simplify concepts such as coding-decoding, puzzles, series, syllogism, directions, blood relations, number ranking, and more. Prepare students for competitive exams like SSC, Banking, RRB, CAT, GRE, UPSC, Campus Placements, etc. Track student performance and provide personalized feedback for improvement. Continuously update content based on changes in exam trends and difficulty levels. Support students with doubt clarification and mentoring sessions. Coordinate with academic and content teams for scheduling and curriculum updates. Conduct assessment tests and maintain reports for individual progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preferably in Mathematics, Engineering, or Education). Proven experience as a Reasoning or Aptitude Trainer (minimum 1-3 years preferred). Excellent command over reasoning topics and teaching methodologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with digital tools (PowerPoint, LMS, online teaching platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in preparing students for competitive exams. Familiarity with question paper patterns of SSC, Bank, RRB, CAT, etc. Ability to create reasoning content and test materials.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,694.95 per month
