Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver high-quality training sessions on Reasoning (Logical and Analytical) and Quantitative Aptitude.
Prepare lesson plans, practice tests, and course materials aligned with the syllabus of Campus Placements.
Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and provide performance feedback to students.
Use innovative teaching methods, including digital tools, to enhance the learning experience.
Track student progress and modify training plans accordingly.
Clarify doubts and provide individual support as needed.
Stay updated on current exam patterns and question trends.
Coordinate with academic coordinators or program managers to ensure training goals are met.
Participate in curriculum development and improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Reasoning and Aptitude for competitive exams or academic purposes.
Strong command over topics such as Arithmetic, Algebra, Data Interpretation, Puzzles, Syllogisms, Coding-Decoding, Series, and Logical Reasoning.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate learners of varying skill levels.
Proficiency in using MS Office and digital tools for teaching.
