Work Experience - 20 years



Education Qualification - Any Graduation + Diploma/Degree in Management



(Full Time from AICTE/UGC approved colleges)

:

Real Estate Acquisition for both Private & Govt land parcels for commercial, industrial and warehousing sites. Govt Approvals experience is a must.



Preferably from IPC, Big broking House, Reputed Builder, Big Corporate with hands on experience of land acquisition and government liaison.



1. Take care of business development, expansion and property acquisition for various initiatives of MSIL



2. Govt Approvals like CLU / land transfer / Building Plan Sanctions and related NOCs like CTE/ CTO/Project reports and Fire NOCs.



3. Strong adherence to SOPs/ defined Process with strong ethical behaviour.



4. Development / support in process strengthening / control measures (SOP's/Process) and ensuring their implementation.



5. Conduct Valuation of properties through various IPC and generate insights for business decisions.



6. Well documentation skills for auditing and reporting purposes in accordance with statutory requirements and compliances and internal SOPs.



7. Vendor handling and negotiation skills.



8. Internal coordination with various MSIL stakeholders.



9. In-dept understanding of real estate industry.



10. Maintaining strong relationships with Brokers / IPC / Landowners.



11. Proficient in MS Office/ Presentations and other Office IT tools.



12. Good knowledge of Government records, documents and processes.
